Controlling Panic Attacks
Can you control panic attack when it can occur at any time? I believe that you are able to do this when you recognize what a panic attack is and the causes that trigger it. When you suffer from frequent panic attacks, you are suffering from a mental condition. Do not wallow in despair though. It is a medical phenomenon that can happen at any time and to any one. It is just the way the body reacts to negative situations.
If you find yourself in such a situation, then you will have to learn how to control panic attack now before it develops into something more serious and uncontrollable later on. It is of utmost importance for you to learn to manage this medical condition by yourself. Here are three top tips I know of that can help you to control panic attack.
Firstly, you need to start eating a balanced diet if you really want to learn to control panic attack. Enjoying a healthy and balanced diet really helps you to recover from this mental disorder faster than others who have a poor and unhealthy diet. Therefore, you need to pay attention to the food that you consume. Soon, you will find that you are able to overcome this condition.
Another way I've learned to control panic attack is by using a technique that I've found to be very effective called the distraction technique. As simple as it sounds, it works well enough to render help when you need to control a panic attack.
There are many forms of the distraction technique but one of the more effective ways to controlling panic attacks by engaging and becoming active in sports. This will force your mind to re-focus on the tasks at hand. You will be thinking about how to execute your chosen sport instead of thinking and obsessing an incident that has caused a panic attack to occur. When you learn to distract yourself away from the cause of attack quickly, then you will be better able to deal with your mental condition.
Another way to control panic attack effectively is by changing how you think. When you encounter such an attack, then you need to re-affirm that the person who is controlling panic attacks he situation is you and not the aggressor. Do not harbor negative thoughts and then get upset over it. Once you change your mind to believe that the control lies in your hands, then you will soon be able to enjoy a panic-free lifestyle. It would even be much better if you could take some time off from work and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. Once you are well-rested, your well-being will also be stimulated.
These are the three top tips I know of that I use to manage my panic anxiety disorder. I used to find it difficult trying to manage a medical condition that I don't understand. After applying these three tips, I find that I am better able to control panic attack.

i'm sure you may have some sort of a panic disorder,i've experienced panic attacks,and i get this feeling that i'm dieing,and sometimes have sharp chest pains,and can't breathe good.the first one i had i thought i was having a heart attack.the sooner you get treatment the sooner you'll get better.they may run a few test to rule out other things,but they are alot of medicines to treat panic disorder.my problem was alot of the medicines i tried actually increased the panic attacks,klonopin is the only thing that seems to help.good luck.
